Sea Fern Holiday Cottage Rates
We offer the best prices direct, but if you see a better offer on another platform please mention this in an enquiry and we will match it.
Bookings are from Friday to Friday, Friday to Monday or Monday to Friday at the prices listed below. Sea Fern Holiday Cottage is available from 4.00pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of departure, to allow for change over. We can be flexible, particularly for special occasions, like Christmas & New Year so please do ask!
Midweek and Weekends
We only accept full week bookings in high season. Short breaks are available and can be booked at other times. Feel free to check if we have last minute availability during peak times, as we do sometimes have cancellations.
Payment - Booking and payment methods
All bookings can be secured by a deposit. Deposits are 30% of the total cost of the booking. Balances must be received 4 weeks prior to your stay. Non-payment may be construed as a cancelled booking, but don't worry if you simply forgot, we will send a reminder. Payment can be made securely on line by card or by bank transfer.

There are no additional charges.
If you need to change the dates of your holiday please contact us as soon as possible. We always do our best to reschedule your holiday, but do recommend that you take out cancellation insurance.
There is a £20 charge for a lost front or back door key if a replacement key is required during your stay.
