The radio might not be blaring out carols just yet, but right now is a very good time to book a festive Christmas break! 

The Whitby Christmas Festival and Market takes place on 15th - 17th November 2024 and will be full of festive cheer, with craft stalls, music, and childrens entertianment  it's the ideal opportunity to get in to the Christmas spirit and start your Christmas shopping!

17.00: Market Opened by Town Mayor Cllr Bob Dalrymple and Guests.              

17.10: Stakesby School Choir

18.00: Town Mayor and Guests come on to the stage.

18.20: Whitby Community Choir

19.00: Music By Dire Staithes                               

19.45: Town Mayor, Celebrity and the winner of the Christmas card competition come onto the stage

Throughout the Weekend Derek Robinson the Clown will be wandering around the Market entertaining the crowds with his Tricks and Jokes
